Yesterday I truly STOMPED up that coastal path - and it felt AMAZING.

Pleasantly surprised to find that my legs are strong, from the careful strength training that I've been doing at the #NuffieldHealth gym

And, as I didn't do anything else 'exertional' all day yesterday [see #KiActiv movement graph below]... I feel amazing today 🙏
