The Moondig had their account summarily deleted for using AI-assisted artwork. They'd already released 60 albums of jam based music, sessions which they'd record live weekly and release without edits or studio polish.
Bandcamp's reply to reinstating the music: "You can create a new profile. We don't have a backup."
What a shitty reply. I also don't appreciate the attitude of hitting with a bomb when scissors would do. Or a discussion.
The outliers like this will be collateral damage. To them I'd suggest moving to https://mirlo.space/ or some such more user and artist friendly platform.
