I am annoyed. How hard can it be to synchronize a file between my #Nextcloud and android phone. Yes synchronize, not auto upload or download. It is supposed to always be the same. In both directions. With a copy on both sides.
The #NextcloudApp is buggy and synchronization still does not seem to be implemented (atleast I could not manage to get it to upload the file to remote after a change). And there is zero open-source apps for #webdav synchronization, if I only want to sync one folder? WTF

Beispiel #NextcloudApp: Google erlaubte plötzlich nur noch Synchronisation von Fotos und Videos, aus "Sicherheitsbedenken" - Google-Apps durften hingegen weiterhin alle Dateien synchronisieren:

Empfehlung: Android-Apps wo möglich aus #FDroid statt PlayStore beziehen - keine Einschränkungen und oft hochqualitativere Apps.

Hatte angeboten, mich dazuzusetzen und zu zeigen, wie sie Ihre Anemdledaten einträgt usw. usf. - naja... googelt es weiter. Wenigstens ist sie von WhatsApp zu #Signal rüber. Weil mein Mann und ich gesagt hatten, dass sie uns sonst wohl wieder nur per Telefonanruf erreicht.

I updated the Nextcloud app on Android to v3.30.1 and it just started downloading all files from my account to my device. This was not how the app worked before! Have I been missing anything? I wasn't asked and the app just wasted gigabytes of my mobile data. I can't even cancel the sync because the app just crashes. And the option to "Manage internal folders for two way sync" just shows a list of folder, but I can't interact with it.
