Worked on a few more illustrations this week for NUKED!'s "Skrapper's Guide to the Wasteland, Pt. 1."
Today I've got the Gamma Goon, inspired by Rockabillies and Greasers and the Wild Clanner, inspired by Princess Mononoke and the Dead Horses from the Honest Hearts DLC for Fallout: New Vegas.
Playing around with Sketchbook and Affinity to get the Skrapper's Guide up and running. Realized the Guide will probably need to be broken down into two parts while I was working - hit 30 pages and I didn't even get to the revamped exploration rules!
Anyway, here's the War Dog Daisy Mae, who was inspired by Slit the War Boy and a random Seahawks fan with an intense mohawk (Go Hawks!)

One of my favorite things from Rangers of the Midden Vale (and the part of that game I was most proud of) were the travel tables. They didn't pop up in NUKED!, but I'm hoping to implement them in the Skrapper's Guide to the Wastes. Here are examples of Events, Encounters, Locations, and Hauls that could come up during a NUKED! session.
The rough draft of the NUKED! Background Starter Kits is complete! There are a few more ideas we want to implement, but I think these are at a sharable place. Inspired primarily by the Electric Bastionland "Failed Careers" they provide players with the ability to make their characters even faster!

Started working on some Electric Bastionlands-style backgrounds for a future NUKED! supplement. Presenting the "Big Brain," "Bunker Baby," "Road Walker," and "Sawbones!"
The idea is to expand on the original rules a little and provide players with new ways to roll up their characters. It's been a lot of fun putting these packages together.
