To run the beta you will need an Insydium account and license (my maintenance plan expired over a year ago, but the licensing worked).

A good place for getting mods for Fallout 4.
Unlike Nexus mods this site isn't so permanent, no account needed, no permanent download history.
A fair warning though when you get to 75 they stop showing what you're getting, maybe a future update.
