I love it when Blender is used for science. Earlier this week we reported how Blender was used on the cover of Nature, and today we have an amazing story from MohammadHossein Jamshidi, who uses Blender for his research in cosmology.

Light Falloff is so interesting - and not too intuitive if you don't have a photography background. Check how the light up close (the intensity compensated) creates a totally different, more abrupt falloff compared to the light far away.
