Unfortunately, as a result human nature, the usage of every powerful tool traverses the #usage #spectrum from #Malfeasance, #Misfeasance, #Nonfeasance, ... #Benevolence. I fear that any pause, #regulation, @guardrails, ... will just lengthen the time that Artificial Intelligence #AI will be stuck at the Malfeasance end of the usage spectrum. 😞

If cyclists start routinely suing Dublin City Council whenever its dreadful mending of the roads causes them injury, the likely financial hit would make it much more sensible for the council to build the Greater Dublin Area Cycle Network at speed, giving cyclists a car-damage-free road surface
