That is why we engage with decision-makers in Brussels and throughout Europe to encourage policy change to leverage the advantage of Open Source for #DigitalSovereignty.

Finland's COSS awarded the 2023 Open World Hero award to the National Library of Finland. The award was for the library's decade-long involvement as developer of the Vufind search engine.
