I managed the gym this morning. It was sunshiney when I left work and just a really great morning. I've reached a point where my progress has slowed (until I have PT on Tuesday and Kristina tells me I can increase my weights 😂). The challenge now is to understand that I'm still awesome, this is becoming more of a mental challenge.
