It is always hard to believe that #Microsoft #Outlook can still get worse, but they never fail to find new ways to degrade performance and interface!

There was a thread about Windows "run" dialog recently, about it lacking contrast and input fields becoming less and less distinguishable.
Not that it's a new trend - here's Outlook. Low contrast is shite already, but my favourite is the "Subject"... label? Field?
It's almost like being designed by somebody who has zero previous software usage experience and has never heard "user experience".
How does this happen? :)
Please stop using #Outlook

Edit: OK, I don't care anymore. Being given inefficient tools by employer is kinda not of my problem. I'm doing it inefficient way. But anyway, if you have some hints, please drop in. They might be useful for the next time.
Any MS Outlook guru here?
I need to create 25 folders for mails, and 25 rules to sort incoming mails to these folders. There rules are simple:
If mail is sent to given address (the same for all rules), and has ${word} in the subject, move the mail to folder sorted/${word} and stop processing.
Is there a better way to create those 25 rules, than copying the already created rule and modifying it in the rule wizard?
I have two university #MSOutlook accounts
On one of them, despite disabling #copilot, I find it re-enabled a few days later. This is a repeated behaviour.
Is the university turning it back on?
Why can I forward all my emails but can't just get a friendly "Psst, you've got unread mail!" nudge to another inbox? The system clearly knows when I've logged in and when I've received new emails—how hard can it be?
Why do I need to subscribe to a flood of notifications (via mobile app) or go check if there are new emails with no middle ground?
Seriously, #msOutlook, throw me a bone here! I'm not asking for much—just a simple heads-up.
