Does anyone have to use Outlook for work? Is there a way to create a keyboard shortcut to archive messages? I could swear that this used to be a feature, but it has been more than 5y since I used outlook daily.

I have gone through the help inside outlook and did a search, but I didn't find anything that would work with the latest version, on windows.

This is the result when sending #msoutlook messages to a teams channel or using "share to teams" for a chat or chat group. 🤢🤮 #dodo 🦤
Not only is this a major #Accessibility issue, but this was the one option that I felt was going to save my workflow from being mired in single-page-trash-app

I just created an #MSOutlook rule to categorize any email containing a common #ChatGPT emoji as #AIslop so I know without reading it that the person who sent it is an asshole.

Dear #microsoft , the #ios app for #msoutlook has a problem recognizing how many emails are new and yet to be read, when the user has access to multiple delegated email accounts. Do better.

There was a thread about Windows "run" dialog recently, about it lacking contrast and input fields becoming less and less distinguishable.

Not that it's a new trend - here's Outlook. Low contrast is shite already, but my favourite is the "Subject"... label? Field?
It's almost like being designed by somebody who has zero previous software usage experience and has never heard "user experience".

How does this happen? :)
