The city is Amsterdam, a blast from the past, 20 summers ago (2005), captured with a 1st-gen digital camera.

This cool kitty was looking extremely comfortable - perhaps a bit 'zoned out', sitting there in one of the legendary 'coffee shops' full of catnip for people.
