Probíral jsem s kámošem ty moje levné náhražky Saxendy, Ozempicu a Mounjara. Poslal jsem mu tu svou "rešerši" a sepsul mě, že jsem neuvedl obyčejné kvasnice. Obyčejné droždí. Málem jsem se pozvracel. 🤮😂
A to prosím neznám osobně druhou osobu, která by droždí jedla, než moje mamka a vždy jsem prchal, abych to neviděl. 😁

Ale je to fakt. Je to extrémně levné. 42g(2g je ten hliníkový obal, bych řekl) balení stojí 5-12 kaček. Je z toho cca 20g čistého betaglukanu, což je skoro ta jedna pomyslná dávka, kterou simulují léky na hubnutí. Takže jedna krychlička denně.
