Bin gerade daran, mein #MacbookProM1 mit macOS Tahoe neu aufzusetzen, damit ich nachher Asahi-Linux sauber installieren kann.
In der Zeit in der #macOS neu installiert, könnte ich ein Debian etwa 10x installieren... 😫😤
CarstenAh herrlich. Linux ist einfach wunderbar. Ein ElementaryOS auf einem Lenovo Thinkpad 12" X230 bekommt immer noch updates und auch einen aktuellen Firefox 148 Browser. Für die Tageszeitung und die kleine Online-Bestellung von Schwiegervater reicht das allemal. Der alte i5 3230M mit 8GB RAM ist mehr als ausreichend. Lustig ist auch, dass FF und Webseiten teils schneller geladen werden als auf meinem modernen MacBook M4… #LinuxRocks #Debian

Oder dort einfach mal Solitaire eingeben und Dich überraschen lassen.

eclipseoFor those around, I moved from the #Framapiaf instance to the #linuxrocks instance.
My account at #Framapiaf was limited since Sept 2023 and it was never explained to me why: the mods have never answered, and I don't recall ever posting something remotely "controversial" in 2023, or ever.
Anyhow, I hope this instance is chill and welcoming. I saw some #Fedora stuff on their Peertube, and the moderation section didn't seem outrageous.
