That's definitely on my list and I purchased the #SandpiperSwimsuit pattern from #HelensCloset. I have to spend a lot more time wrangling slippery stretch fabric before I'm confident enough to begin that. I made the sports bra top from the #LimestoneLeggings pattern from #SewLiberated and it was incredibly easy to make in cotton jersey. I have a lot of thrifted knit fabrics to play around with and quite a few sew days are booked so I'll get closer.

Since I only wear sports bras, the fewer seams the better & since my size isn't readily available, I'm quite motivated to figure that out. I did make one "bra", using the #LimestoneLeggings pattern from #SewLiberated and it was actually extremely easy, just not a snug enough fit since I made it with cotton jersey. I bought some swimwear fabric for my next attempt but that will have to wait until at least summertime since I'm off on a long #RoadTrip later this week

As a relatively new garment sewist, I'm really trying to become proficient at a pretty small number of patterns. I prefer wearing garments that are relatively simple, and made of interesting fabrics/colours.
Getting better with #AshtonTop, #HinterlandDress, and I nailed #MossJacket first time around. I had an easy time making the #LimestoneLeggings top and now, I want to draft and make my own sports bras. Next up is #DawsonTop with knits.

Currently working on a set of #LimestoneLeggings by #SewLiberated, using the video course to learn sewing with knits. I'm starting with bike short length so I don't waste too much fabric. I suspect that I'll stick to Costco and Winners for leggings & gym shorts rather than fussing with them too much but the crop top was astonishingly easy to make. Will probably wind up sewing my own bras if I can get the fabric weight right.

Haha! I go with black only for bottom layers and only as a last resort, really! Currently trying to sew gym shorts in black jersey. I think I'll appreciate them if I can get them assembled. I successfully made the bra top in black jersey, using the #LimestoneLeggings pattern from #SewLiberated. Shockingly easy, really. Now, I need to see if I can make one with a more substantial fabric, possibly adding bottom darts. Thanks for introducing the @Sewing group.
