Nice! It looks like the pattern incorporates some elements of their Studio Tunic. I no longer seem to get emails from #SewLiberated, but I feel like I have enough patterns for now. I really like how clear the explanations are.

My anarchist Forager vest is done. Pattern by Sew Liberated. The fabric is a soft mid-weight chambray linen.

The patch is from an independent artist who was based in France when I bought the patch from their (now defunct) etsy shop.

I keep sneaking around the Metamorphic Dress by Sew Liberated. It looks so cute, comfortable and practical. But the pattern is drafted for a C cup, and my proportions are more like an E.

Have any busty sewists here attempted it? If so, what adjustments did you make? Was it worth it, or am I better off drafting my own take on the idea?

Which pattern are you using? I love simple knit tanks, and that looks like what I'd prefer. I tried all of the iterations of the #sewliberated Bedrock Tee, and the fit was wrong for all of them. One of them still functions as a #WearableToile

I love the concept of that tunic as well as several of the design features. However, I really don't like the way it sits on my body, nor the size and location of the pockets. I'd like to rework the shape of it to better suit me for a future make.
The #SewLiberated patterns are very user-friendly, with lots of clear instructions.

@KDramaQn I expect that you'll get a lot of answers to your question but for me, using PDF patterns from #SewLiberated and HelensCloset has been a game-changer. I used the printer at the library along with tape and scissors exactly once. It was a nightmare. Luckily, I found a woman 10 minutes away who does copy-shop prints on vellum for $3/page! This is considerably less than places like Staples would charge. You can send "layers of the pattern to print, choosing your own size range. #sewing
@[email protected] @[email protected] Although I still hit hurdles, I've found that the patterns and instructions from #SewLiberated and #HelensCloset are much more detailed than those of the main companies and are relatively easy to modify. I also found a woman in the area who will print up copyshop-sized PDFs, which are much easier to work with and store. I paid for 2 video lessons from Sew Liberated. They aren't cheap but they break down the instructions extremely well, providing images and videos.

That's great that you got the fit that works for you! Lovely fabrics, too. I like that pattern but have a scrubs pattern that worked very well as pyjamas, as well as some of the #WearableMuslin clothes that I've made from sheets. Next up will be my first draft of the #ChanterellePants.

In the case of #SewLiberated, many of their patterns have a large, gaping neckline. I have quite a few tanktops with a profile I prefer so I'm going to try copying that neckline for future makes. I also have a LOT of thrifted knit fabric so I can try it out repeatedly, if need be.

Both #SewLiberated and #HelensCloset are excellent in the #pockets department! I made the Sew Liberated #StudioTunic, their version of the pinafore/tunic. It's kind of great but I'm really not a tunic person. Trying to figure out how to hack it into a dress but I think that's beyond my current pattern drafting skills. Also, the #pockets on this and the #GypsumSkirt are too low for safely carrying a phone. Really trying to figure out the #pocket sweet spot!
