While #Hetzner dropped support for #FreeBSD, #Leaseweb already provides a 14.2-RELEASE rescue <2 days after release. Call me impressed.

@mok0 I've never hosted anything internet-facing on my home network. Not for the general public anyway :-) I have always had a handful of leased servers somewhere. Currently I've got four machines with #Hetzner. Used to host at #LeaseWeb, but that was ages ago. I run a bunch of other things on them, but I think you could get a low specced virtual server for SMTP forwarding pretty cheap. If you wanted the hazzle ;-)

@srtcd424 we all know it, #cloudflare with it's #monopoly is pretty bad, but still most of the internet relies on it....

Unfortunately, there are not so many #CDN alternatives available. And most of those are not really investing in #renewables for their big #datacenters all over the world...
I only know #akamai and #leaseweb which are at least listed by The #Green #Web Foundation.
