Mooi interview met een heldere visie! Heel goed en terecht dat https://social.overheid.nl (Mastodon Overheid) daarin ook terugkomt. De visie geeft in het huidige digitale tijdperk waar autonomie en privacy zwaar onder druk staan, belangrijke invulling aan de al langer bestaande "Uitgangspunten overheidscommunicatie". Kortom: op weg naar meer waardengedreven i.p.v. dopamine-gestuurde overheidscommunicatie! :-)

The US-sanctioned Chinese tanker Rich Starry successfully transited the Strait of Hormuz on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, becoming the first vessel to exit the Gulf since the US naval blockade began.
The vessel initially reversed course on Monday but made a successful second attempt in the evening, passing through the strait unchallenged according to shipping data from LSEG, MarineTraffic, and Kpler.
The Rich Starry, a Malawi-flagged, Chinese-owned medium-range tanker carrying 250,000 barrels of methanol, was flagged by analysts as testing the enforcement of President Trump's blockade.
Despite the ship and its owner, Shanghai Xuanrun Shipping Co Ltd, being under US sanctions for dealing with Iran, US Central Command stated that forces would not impede freedom of navigation for vessels transiting to or from non-Iranian ports.
