The main problem with a #wealthTax is it means knowing all the minute assets a person has which is generally too invasive, and actually is impossible in the #bitcoin/crypto future.
On the other hand #landTitle are a fundamental. The govt always need to know whose #land belongs to who.
Land is #wealth. More land equals more #sunEnergy that can be enjoyed and converted to #food etc.
There's a plan more effective than adding infinite zeroes to what the settler state sees as infinitely-exploitable and capitalistically-limitless "growth" systems on what is a finite-sized planet.
