No, after #Duterte is in custody of the #ICC, it's not "#Putin next" or "#Netanyahu next".

They are but 2 of currently 30 defendants who are at large, and all "next".

A gruesome missile attack on #Odesa—and an apparent war crime, again.

It's as if the #ICC arrest warrants against #Kobylash & #Sokolov weren't a message loud and clear enough for the high-ranking 🇷🇺 army officers. There will be further warrants, and there will be enforcement. https://twitter.com/olgatokariuk/status/1768622018151211270?utm_source=dlvr.it&utm_medium=mastodon

Russians killed at least 14 people in the double tap missile attack on Odesa. When rescuers arrived at the scene of the first missile attack, a new strike followed. It is clearly a war crime. Russia is increasingly targeting Ukrainian cities less protected by air defence

"I can't say that it was a surprising outcome. It was clear that the Office of the Prosecutor was at it. It was really intending to pursue that strategy."

Me connecting the dots on #Kobylash #Sokolov & ICC strategy in #Ukraine.
