The #InternationalCriminalCourt (#ICC) would prosecute crimes against humanity. The don't have jurisdiction in the U.S. because the U.S. never signed the Rome Declaration. BUT, non-signatory countries are able to invite the ICC in---as has been done in Ukraine with investigation of Russian war crimes. So it CAN happen, as soon as the U.S. is no longer in fascist control.

When we throw the #fascists out of power, hopefully in my lifetime, there need to be trials for the people. We could invite the #InternationalCriminalCourt (#ICC) to take jurisdiction in the U.S., as was done in Ukraine.

Everyone who helped take people off U.S. streets to be tortured in a Salvadoran #ConcentrationCamp needs to be facing charges. Now, the list includes the #SupremeCourt majority.
