Prosecuting the fascists and the collaborators is at the top of my list too. It's the absolute minimum it'll take to get my support in all future Democratic primaries.
And I don't want to hear how we can't do it. We've got the ICC, we've got state courts, we can just create a new anti-fascist Nuremberg style tribunal if we have to.

International law has always been applied unevenly, however all pretence is gone now. It's routine for war crimes to be broadcast without even being recognised as such, in that context any need to be furtive has evaporated.
