I've been saying it for a minute, yelled at some on #mastodon. Same for #waymo, it is safer, the cars just drive better. It is not all the #AI, some of it is lidar and networks that allow the AI to see many blocks/many miles ahead.

This is the first industrial #killerapp of the #AI era, but more are coming for manufacturing jobs. And yes, if you are any kind of spreadsheet jockey like a medical coder, or a monkey developer (you convert a spec to a language) do worry!
