Does anyone have a good #history for the #development of #T-cell #directed #pharmaceuticals? Years ago, when we were just starting #jurabio, Julie and I got to sit down with Burt Adelman, who told us the story of a few failed T-cell-targeting #antibody candidates in #multiplesclerosis (later, we'd find that the #B-cell directed therapies were much more successful, despite the theory of a T-cell-mediated disease). I was hoping to flesh this history out. Can anyone #help?
