I find the #DeadZoo so interesting as an artefact-as #NaturalHistoryMuseum in #Dublin was part of that #BritishEmpire triumphalism over all creatures&resources so part of #Irelands #History. I first visited in 1970s when brain was unformed cabbage. Today I'm a fully formed #vegetarian& despair that people still kill/eat/capture animals& am not a fan of a #LiveZoos...but hopefully natural history knowledge instils a love of living beings and congrats on the refurb😍
