Discussions on #Ismip7 - the #IceSheet MIP for #CMIP7 at #IGSnorthumbria2024 this afternoon - it's an interesting process to go through (again). #SMB will be a part of it, but further discussions needed.
One things for sure, we as a #polarClimate #glaciology community are going to be busy...

This week I'm attending (online) a hybrid workshop on the #IceSheet contribution to #CMIP7 (#ISMIP7). Co-ordinator Sophie Nowicki shows the photo from our first meeting 10 years ago almost to the day...

I'm also in that one, the time has gone by very fast, crazy to think how much has changed since then, but also how much work there still remains to do... #ISMIP7workshop
