Je m'appelle Maja. J'étais illégalement extradée en Hongrie il y a près d'un an. Depuis lors, je suis détenue ici en isolement prolongé inhumain. Hier, le 4 juin 2025, une décision devait être prise au sujet de ma pétition à transférer à la résidence interne. Cette décision a été reportée. Mes pétitions antérieures à transférer pour une assignation à résidence en Allemagne ont été rejetées. Je ne suis plus disposée à supporter cette situation intolérable et à attendre les décisions d'un pouvoir judiciaire qui a systématiquement violé mes droits encore et encore ces derniers mois. Pour cette raison, je commence une grève de la faim aujourd'hui, le 5 juin 2025. Je demande d'être transférée en Allemagne, pour pouvoir retourner dans ma famille et pouvoir participer au procès en Hongrie à mon domicile.
Je ne peux plus tolérer les conditions de prison en Hongrie. Ma cellule étant sous surveillance vidéo 24 heures sur 24 pendant plus de trois mois .....

Hunger Strike Statement (EN)
My name is Maja. I was illegally extradited to Hungary almost a year ago. Since then, I have been held here in inhumane prolonged solitary confinement. Yesterday, on 4 June 2025, a decision was supposed to be made about my petition to be transferred to house arrest. That decision was postponed. My prior petitions to be transferred to house arrest have been rejected. I am no longer willing to endure this unbearable situation and wait for decisions from a judiciary that has systematically violated my rights again and again in recent months. For that reason, I am beginning a hunger strike today, 5 June 2025. I demand to be transferred back to Germany, to be able to return to my family, and to be able to participate in the trial in Hungary from my home.
I can no longer tolerate the prison conditions in Hungary. My cell was under 24-hour video surveillance for more than three months.....
