Sergeant added to the painted pile. Now to base him up. Will probably run him as a Sergeant Confidant. So, that’s 1/4 Guardsmen, a bruiser, and a Sergeant Confidant done. Onwards!

I found this a reassuring exercise about where I’m at with my #miniaturepainting. I hadn’t realised but I’ve painted lots of my favourite pieces this year. I find you wrongly think you’ve done your best work years ago and you’ll never reach that peak again.

Nipped into #gamesworkshop in #edinburgh (Lovely team!) and picked up some greens to highlight that Dark Angel Green contrast. Really happy with the finished model. Now, onto the 9 others. Really like using the cutlasses for the #Stirland River Patrol, just feels like a barge boarding party. All that’s left is basing, do I break with brown bases and go for a goblin green inspired base.. questions, questions..

Not only did I get the Stirlander close to completion… I picked up the #Vostroyan troops I’d started on ages ago and got some more basecoat colours on. Talk about detailed. I’ve a lot of corrections to do here, but I reckon - get one to completion and my head around what I’m doing and these will be a joy to paint. Intending to run these in #killteam as #VeteranGuard
