Working on my Wrecka Krew #killteam again. Close to completing them. Bomb Squigs are drying from the oil wash, and finished.
The colour scheme for the boyz isn’t quite final yet, but I knew I wanted bombs and moon yellow. Doubt I’ll do anything fancy, but so far the yellow and dark metal looks waspish.
Have to make a decision on the helmet colours. Yellow? Red? Silver? Brown leather?
Likely a green wash on the skin, sepia on the yellow/brown/red, and nuln oil on the rest.

Okay. Bowing to pressure. Here’s some of my very average painting in one of my very bad photos. Did these yesterday, to work my way through my pile of shame. Mainly Speedpaint 1.0 with some drybrush. Game ready, took about 2 hours.
Anyone expecting cabinet standard any more from me will be heavily disappointed. 😇 My days at GW are far behind me.

Yes, love the Sisters of Battle. Have a whole army’s worth of them, and a Sororitas beanie hat, with a nice logo on the front. 😂
I always liked them because they’re a little under-powered, and the miracle dice mechanic can be superb, or a total poop fest, adding that complete randomness and fun to every fight.
I enjoy winning, but I don’t play games just to win. I play for FUN. 😂 (Ask anyone who’s met my #bloodbowl stunty teams)

I seem to have found boxed sealed copies of #wh40k #killteam Hivestorm online for MSRP (ie. actual retail price). I missed it at release (year and a half ago!) and had to just settle for the new rulebook.
If they really have it, I’ll let everyone know when it arrives. Value wise, it was the best box set ever. Around 30%+ saving over the original parts at discounted prices. More like 45% at full retail.
Two 11 model Kill Teams (£80). Rulebook(£30). Mission book(? Ebay). Full set of great multi-level 3D scenery(£90), a starter kit worth of other stuff(£30), and oodles of thick cardboard tokens(? Ebay) for £145.
