An under appreciated #90s album that I discovered sometime around ‘97, when a friend of mine gave me a mix cd with “The Dutchman” as the final track.
I very much appreciated the sleepy Beach Boys vibe, and was delighted by the album on whole.

The album died a horrible death in the U.S. due to lack of promotion and label support, but is now recognized for how stunning it is.

Truly masterful art-pop.

Apricots was the debut EP by The High Llamas as they could not afford to record a whole LP. Lovely stuff.
