In the feels a lot lately. Several eras coming to a close and others just starting, it’s a season of change in my life these days. I know I’ll weather it and the dust will settle, but it’ll be a bumpy ride for a bit.
Just a reminder to take time to feel things. If there’s one thing I’ve learned over the years, it’s to be patient with yourself, feel those hard feelings, and remember that “this too shall pass.”

Truth is, we rarely meet people where they are because none of us are singular selves. Within us we contain multitudes. We are also relational beings. In the relational field, you extend yourself to meet them, and they extend themselves to meet you.
