IMO there are (3) main Positive communication styles:

🔸️Straightforward /direct
🔸️Assertive / direct but softer
🔸️Diplomatic / formal negotiation

They all have their place, but add #Honesty & #Empathy to the mix and you'll always convey your thoughts & feelings effectively.
