All #hardoff, #bookoff, #surugaya, some 2nd hand manga shops who also sell games, a few local retro game shops (these are hard to find on Google maps!) and some more thrift stores that also have games. If anyone knows what words in Japanese I should use to search on maps, please share :) #retrogamehunting

At first the #pcengine Core Grafx II I bought as JUNK from #hardoff seemed to work just fine, but after a bit the games would hang. Always at the same place. Tiger Road will crash, showing some. Garbled text about RAM. Namco's World Circuit crashes just after the title screen. Hopefully it just needs new caps.

Same #hardoff, same price. Big Gundam fan here. Used to play with Gunpla when I was young too (after getting bored with cars and planes). Love the anime how the good are not always good and the bad are not always bad (not the ones made for kids).

Terminator 2 LaserDisc Single. No idea what is on it, can only store 20mins of video. But hey, it was there for ¥100 and I don't have any LD Singles yet. Found at #hardoff JUNK section. And when I went to pay for it, I got a nice suprise...

PC-Engine Core Grafx II. The best looking #pcengine? Found this in the back of a JUNK shelf at #hardoff. Sold as "JUNK" because it doesn't come with an AV cable and PSU. Gas from the cable melted the case on the bottom a bit before they repacked it. Can't hurt to have 1 more...

HORI PlayStation Pocket Controller. Made for kids? Actually feels quite nice in my hands (I don't have big hands). The buttons are a little translucent, but are not glow-in-the-dark. And it is very discoloured. We did see this controller in other #hardoff too, so it was kind of common?

In the previous #hardoff we found these HuCard looking cards for #msx by #hudsonsoft. 2 of my friends each got one, Bomberman and Final Soldier. When we looked it up later we found out there was an adapter that goes into the cart slot and the "Bee Cards" would then go in there. And see what we found here!
