Virtual Boy Eyeshade. OG, new. This was a suprise find. At a #surugaya, casually lying next to a shrink-wrapped Saturn. Like finding gold in a river. And I really needed one. Much better than my homemade neoprene one.

We drove the final Atrecht of the day to Kitakyushu to check some shops in a anime theme mall. First stop was the #surugaya. We all found some good games there. Friend wanted to buy the #pcengine mini, but it was damaged. I did get some games :)). #gamehunting #retrogaming #kyushu

Cossed water with ferry and reached #kumamoto. First stop #surugaya, picked up some cheap #pcengine games and #saturn Bomberman. They had some nice things, even a #snes development cart, would have loved to get it, but €235 was a bit too much. The game on the cart was SDF1 Grand Prix. #gamehunting

I also found a #virtualboy eyeshade for ¥2810 at this #surugaya. So lucky! It was just sitting on a shelf between a Saturn and a joystick, not even in a glass cabinet. I have been making my own with neoprene, but now I actually have an original one.

One more #surugaya in Saga (ninja home town!) on our way to Nagasaki. This one also had some nice stuff. By this time we told ourselves max 30mins inside so we don't arrive too late in Nagasaki (still a 1.5 hr drive and we need to have dinner before as well). #kyushu #gamehunting #retrogaming

Visited a big #surugaya last night, away from #fukuoka center, but still along one of the big roads going south. Lots of nice stuff. Picked up some more PC-Engine games. Friend saw an expensive Neo Geo game he wants, so we are going back now, because tax-free was only until 18:00. #gamehunting
