Good morning from Minneapolis where another hot one's in the offing. That'll help the corn grow. Elephant's eye by the fourth of July is not that far away.
Quite early Wednesday it's 70℉; a few clouds; light winds; visibility 10 miles at the airport.
Today
Sunny, with a high near 90.
- Warm temperatures with highs in the 80s expected into next week.
- After today, dry weather expected until the middle of next week.
We put the air conditioner in yesterday. Not only is it heavy AF it's hard to get a grip. We somehow avoided dropping it out the window, as one does, and we're in business for another summer.
"The Purcell-Cutts House, designed and built by William Gray Purcell and George Grant Elmslie, is a masterpiece of Prairie School architecture. Located at 2328 Lake Place in Minneapolis, the house has been extensively restored and is now a part of the collection of the Minneapolis Institute of Art.
"The art glass windows in the Purcell-Cutts House are a significant contribution to its success as an example of the Prairie School style of architecture."
