The #HMCproject aims to improve #FAIRdata in radiation oncology & microbiome research – using knowledge graphs & #LLM to make data more accessible and kicked-off with partners from @DKFZ, @MDC_Berlin
& #HMC Hub Health.

Out of 16 proposals, seven projects will be funded over the next 2 years to advance #FAIRdata, #metadata quality & research data infrastructure.

#INSTRUGRAM aims to simplify & standardize how scientific instruments are registered in metadata systems. By providing reusable PIDINST-based templates & a modular tool, the project supports the creation of high-quality, interoperable &#FAIR metadata across research domains,
1st ideas were discussed at the kick-off with colleagues from #GEOMAR, #Hereon, #AWI, #GFZ & #BSH.
