Spontaneously, we are discussing jobs-to-be-done in our weekly design meeting today. I am dusting 9-year-old slides made while working with Kieron Kirkland on GOV.UK Registers. I’d be curious to hear who else in #govDesign has been applying the #JTBD framework and related methodology.
