We are creating an online African Speculative Fiction toolkit, which is intended to help create equitable and socially responsible policy making for STEM projects. All the stories and articles will be tagged by themes and topics to make them easier to find. We collect weak civic signals —
small discomforts, minor troubles, things people hesitate to say —
from local boards and quiet conversations.

Not to amplify emotions,
but to translate lived experiences
into testable inputs for policy and institutional design.

This is not sentiment analysis.
It is a quiet validation loop for social design.

Small-scale implementation → observation → iteration.
Still fragile and small.
Quiet conversations are welcome.
