WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF), the American Civil Liberties Union ( #ACLU ), the ACLU of #Virginia, and the Center on #Privacy & Technology at #GeorgetownLaw filed a brief Monday urging the U.S. Supreme Court to rule that invasive geofence #warrants are unconstitutional.

Pregnant #GeorgetownLaw student refused accommodation, allegedly told to take exam days after giving birth, the university suggesting she bring her days-old newborn with her to class so she can breastfeed it.

Fellow students are circulating a petition claiming the refusal a violation of Title IX.
