1 data point: Geospy.com didn't get it - given the image and your accompanying post it said 48°00'00.0"N 37°48'00.0"E

Obviously I'm a geolocation ignoramous, but I suspect the subreddits r/guessmylocation or r/geoguessr or similar web fora might give it a better go!

Emails provide first named case of a #lawenforcement agency showing clear interest in the tool. GeoSpy can also let law enforcement determine what home or building, down to the specific address, a photo came from, in some cases including photos taken inside with no windows or view of the street.
