#GamerKid has a girl in his 5th grade class with a crush on him
I'm not surprised - he's a sweet, good-looking kid (like his dad)
And completely oblivious (like his dad)
And I am doing my best to wingman for her without giving the game away

Had a great weekend for gaming!
- #GamerKid and I *finally* beat the main progression in This Means Warp! (On easy mode, but that still counts - it had been kicking our butts up until yesterday!)
- I also completed Tangaroa in #Raft ! This was honestly my favorite island so far - intuitive but challenging, and an outstanding moment in the game's world-building. Two more islands to go!
And of course, some other great sessions with both kids playing #Minecraft and #BoomerangFu .
Now - time to plan next weekend's activities 😀
#GamerKid recently got MyVoiceZoo, an idler where you wander around a zoo - but you get to make the noises for all of the animals. The more you wander around and trigger their sounds, the more in-game money you make.
GK has apparently decided that all of his animals sound like Djent metal vocalists
The racket coming from his computer is unreal 😂
My first 3D prints!
The boat is the test pattern that came with the machine.
When deciding on our next prints, the boys and I landed on gifts for their grandmother for Valentine's Day. #GamerKid liked the heart with gears toy , and #LilGamer picked a heart-shaped box that I can hopefully show tomorrow.
Needless to say, both kids are super pumped about the system, and they can't stop talking about what to make next ❤️
I thought my Santa opsec was pretty good
Then I found out tonight that #GamerKid has been tracking *the specific wrapping paper* used by Santa over the last few years
And now I'm like "oh god was there something I missed" 😬
Just got to share with #GamerKid that half of a computer byte is called a "nibble"
And, whew - as a connoisseur of dad jokes, that one felt great
