#LilGamer turns out to be preternaturally good at claw machines?

My wife took him to the local claw machine place, expecting our five year old to blow a lot of coins (but hopefully have a lot of fun)

And instead he got prizes on virtually every play through, cleaning out two Pokémon-card machines and coming home with a giant bag full of stuffies.

The employee there said he'd never seen anything like it 😂

The boat is the test pattern that came with the machine.

When deciding on our next prints, the boys and I landed on gifts for their grandmother for Valentine's Day. #GamerKid liked the heart with gears toy , and #LilGamer picked a heart-shaped box that I can hopefully show tomorrow.

Needless to say, both kids are super pumped about the system, and they can't stop talking about what to make next ❤️

At school, my 5yo's class did a creative project called "How I Got Stuck In A Snow Globe" - the teacher placed a picture of them in a snow globe, and they had to write the story behind it.

#LilGamer wrote "I got stuck in a snow globe because my sigma is so hard I got stuck" - with a picture of him sigma mewing in his winter gear.

I...think it's time to cut back on the YouTube

My 5yo, #LilGamer , is learning to read. His focus lately has been sight words (common words that you should be able to recognize on sight).

I had flash cards of 20 sight words and told him that once he had mastered these, I'd get him any video game he wanted.

Well - last night, he earned a shiny new copy of Raft 🥰

I was recently in the market for a new body pillow for #LilGamer (he likes pregnancy body pillows because they wrap all the way around you)

and now my Amazon page is recommending stuff like this:

Birthday party for #LilGamer today - Minecraft themed, at a local heritage farm, two hours of rustic fun with his schoolmates.

How many schoolmates? Unclear - I'm still getting RSVPs just a couple of hours ahead of the event 😬
