Anyone else has issue with #FreeStyleLibre2 in bath/hot tub.

A few times the Bluetooth has died, but seems to be when I have sat in the hot tub. Pain in the arse to scan for a couple of weeks then. Nothing I can do fixes it!

Is this a known thing? Is the “plus” any better?

I covered with a water proof patch today and it has not failed. But hard to be sure that is the cause.

Welp, just like the app for my fingerpoke sensor, the #FreeStyleLibre2 shares data with 'trusted third parties', none of whom are my doctor. 🙄

When I discovered that with my fingerpoke sensor, I ditched the app and made a #spreadsheet, complete with any auto-caclulations I find useful.

Just updated my #FreeStyleLibre2 app and got the continuous glucose monitoring enabled and it's super useful. Just wish I could have the numbers displayed without opening the app 🤔 #Type2 #Diabetes

Well. Libre 3 continues to be out of stock. So I'm raiding the Libre 2s that I intended to donate. Figured the universe would play that cruel joke where I start a Libre 2 and then I'll get a notification my Libre 3s are ready for pickup.

I’ve just had my first bleeder while applying my #freestylelibre2 and I did not even know that was a thing, so I had a bit of a “wtf nervous lol let’s Google this” moment when blood started pouring out through the sensor. (Teh googles report: Can happen, probably won’t fuck up sensor but may, get replacement if readings are stupid).

I’ve been using the Freestyle Libre sensor + phone app since shortly after I got my diagnosis and got tired of pricking my fingertips all the time. Turns out regular readings REALLY help my mindset for tracking and how I eat.

This is my second time using a FSL 2, as I used to be on 1 before and as the first starting coming off after 6 days I made sure to use Skin Tac this time for extra adhesion and may have gotten enthusiastic about pushing the applicator down. 😅

I started a new #FreeStyleLibre2 #CGM sensor tonight, 1 hour & 33 minutes ago. It started fine; that took 1 hour. So, the rest of my tonight is mine (& that weird #T1D critter's too, as it inhabits this body w/ me) :^)
