Himachal News: हिमाचल के चंबा जिले में बाढ़ तबाही ने भारी नुकसान पहुंचाया। चुराह उपमंडल के कँगेला नाले पर 224 लाख रुपये की लागत से बना पुल रविवार को बाढ़ में बह गया। इससे चरड़ा, चांजू, देहरा और बघेईगढ़ पंचायतों का संपर्क टूट गया। ग्रामीणों का आरोप है कि ठेकेदार की लापरवाही और मलबा नाले में डालने से यह हादसा हुआ। प्रशासन ने कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की।
ग्रामीणों की अनसुनी चेतावनी
ग्रामीणों ने बताया कि उन्होंने ठेकेदार की लापरवाही के बारे में SDO तीसा और लोक निर्माण मंत्री को पत्र लिखकर चेतावनी दी थी। मलबे ने नाले की जलधारा रोकी, जिससे पानी का दबाव बढ़ा और पुल बह गया। बाढ़ तबाही ने क्षेत्र को संकट में डाल दिया। ग्रामीणों ने कहा कि समय पर कार्रवाई होती तो यह नुकसान टाला जा सकता था। प्रशासन की चुप्पी से लोग नाराज हैं।
जनजीवन पर असर
बाढ़ तबाही ने चार पंचायतों को बाहरी दुनिया से काट दिया। राशन, दवाइयां और आपातकालीन सेवाएं नहीं पहुंच रही हैं। बच्चों की पढ़ाई और आर्थिक गतिविधियां ठप हैं। ग्रामीणों ने बताया कि यह केवल पुल का नुकसान नहीं, बल्कि उनकी जिंदगी पर गहरा संकट है। प्रशासन से वैकल्पिक मार्ग और राहत सामग्री की मांग की जा रही है। लोग त्वरित कार्रवाई की उम्मीद कर रहे हैं।

According to #UNHCR spokesperson Matthew Saltmarsh (InfoMigrants), "The floods caused a mass displacement, adding to the number of people who were already displaced before Storm Daniel hit the country. However, estimates of flood-induced population displacement are not available yet."
