The deadline for submission of abstracts to #IMLA (Intuitionistic Modal Logic and Applications) has been extended to 30 April. It would be great if I were to see some of you there (at least, at the banquet for that weekend's #FLoC workshops).

"Constructive and intuitionistic modal logics, and their connections with type theory and computation, remain foundationally and practically significant in computer science, logic, and related areas. These include applications in type disciplines, meta-logics for computational phenomena, and explanatory frameworks in philosophical logic. The workshop aims to explore theoretical and methodological issues at the intersection of constructive proof theory and modal semantics, as well as practical questions about which modal connectives and rules best capture computational phenomena at appropriate levels of abstraction."

I feel like there are 2 #FLoC relatives that are not being discussed as much as floc:
1. Privacy Preserving Attribution (this is from Mozilla and is more popular to talk about than the second option).
2. The TOPICS API (This is from patcg, a group also helping Mozilla on Privacy Preserving Attribution. Also, The FLoC GitHub Page links directly to https://github.com/patcg-individual-drafts/topics )

Since #privacy online became a broader concern, #BigTech companies now attempt to appear privacy-oriented while just changing the way they spy on their users.

Such is the case with #Google disabling third-party cookies in #Chrome and developing technologies such as #FLoC or #Topics, both of which we've opposed from the very beginning.

Yes, our browser is based on #Chromium, but we do a lot of modifications to the code and take special measures to always protect our users and their privacy.
