This is what I learned about #Novartis from my validation series:

🔴 OCF<buybacks/CAPEX=reliance on external financing -> red light!
🟡 EBIT<FCF driven by depreciation exceeding CAPEX -> yellow light!
🟢 No worries re quality of EBITDA
