Okay. The debate about bookmark is now clear to me. I was wondering actually what is the use of favourite in Mastodon. The favourite tweets are saved in your profile to revisit them later. That means you don't need a bookmark. I think the migrant from birdsite did not know this feature. #FediverseAMA

Maybe this is asked before and I don't want to tag Gargron cos I don't feel confident yet, but I use Tusky and on Birdsite Google translate is embedded in the tweet. Is there a way?

I've used @Mastodon only on @Tusky. I've heard some users shift to @fedilab, but I've been having a very comfortable time on Tusky. No complaints. Fedilab worked like a browser site on my device.

Wondering if #Mastodon might be a good home for the Detention Solidarity Network #detsolnet as a *small* instance?

The network is a work in progress & will work as a shared space for academics, activists, journalists, lawyers and others interested in detention & related issues.

Does that seem like a good idea? Is the #fediverse a good space for such networks? Feel free to respond even if you're unlikely to be a part of the network. I'm trying to understand Mastodon. #FediverseAMA
