Things I've learned from watching RetroPals:
Even consoles from the 70's can have good lines
😄📺 The Fairchild Channel F(un), released in 1976, was the first video game console with interchangeable ROM cartridges. It was powered by their own F8 processor, which addressed a whopping 64 bytes (!) of memory. Fortunately, the memory could be expanded using the game cartridges themselves.

Been meaning to get round to tooting more stuff about what I'm working on but the day job comes first.
I have days when I open notepad ++ and just stare at code for a bit then close it down, not actually doing anything, yesterday (or was it Sunday? Probably Sunday) was one of those days.
I've got a number of #FairchildChannelF stuff in the works, I feel like I should go and finish space race, which I believe has had a port recently possibly to the 7800 or the A800 (or both).
Here is my first go at tooting an image.
In my spare time I currently use #assembly to make #FairchildChannelF games. An SD card solution for playing on real hardware is in development by other hobbyists, but can still use an #emulator.
I currently mostly work on #demakes or #upmakes or simply #ports or even #simulations of older concepts some even before 1972.
Here is a link to my Itch.io profile where these #games are available to #download
