The post linked below is a really good idea. As a member of my town’s #EmergencyManagment committee, I wonder how these simple and cheap radios could be deployed in a rural area.

Matching requirements are a significant challenge, particularly in #rural areas. See it all day, every day on mitigation & response-oriented grants.
