I keep coming back to this.

#Elitism has a very different meaning in Scandyland. Here we pay no tuition in #highered and everybody gets strongly subsidised student loans. We don't know what "trust fund" means. Nobody puts their kids through college -- the State does.

So here, if you have no uni degree, it's pretty much because either a) you don't have that kind of talent profile, b) *you opted out of readily available higher education*.

Is #fineart immoral? I’ve heard the argument that the only moral way to make a living as an artist is to do pornography and character commissions (since it doesn’t help the rich or a corporation). Unfortunately, I’m not overly interested in making porn or exclusively doing comms.
