Il Tempo: Fisco, Casasco: "Forza Italia ha vinto battaglia su dividendi e Iperammortamento"

“Il Consiglio dei Ministri ha appena approvato un decreto-legge che accoglie pienamente le proposte di Forza Italia, che fin da subito ho portato avanti con determinazione, per rendere il sistema fiscale più equo e snello. Parliamo di misure reali che premiano chi investe in Italia, crede nel futuro del nostro Paese e tutela le start-up Italiane. Proprio queste rappresentano l' anello di congiunzione tra gli investimenti del presente e lo sviluppo innovativo del Paese. In primo luogo, vengono ripristinate le regole di tassazione sui dividendi incassati e sulle plusvalenze realizzate da cessioni da partecipazioni, proprio come funzionava prima della Legge di Bilancio 2026. Forza Italia si è battuta per eliminare quelle penalizzazioni a danno degli imprenditori che investono nel capitale di rischio e questo decreto legge conferma che avevamo ragione. Inoltre, come richiesto da un ordine del giorno dell' Onorevole di Forza Italia Raffaele Nevi ,si estende l'iperammortamento a tutti i beni strumentali ovunque prodotti. Questo significa più incentivi per chi compra macchinari e attrezzature, innovando e favorendo la crescita delle imprese italiane. Queste novità sono figlie della ragionevolezza e della vera semplificazione fiscale che Forza Italia porta avanti con determinazione e dedizione. Forza Italia non smetterà  mai di battersi per un fisco equo per famiglie e imprese, e sarà sempre vicino a chi produce e investe”. The Council of Ministers has just approved a decree-law that fully incorporates Forza Italia’s proposals, which I have pursued with determination from the outset, to make the tax system more equitable and streamlined. We are talking about real measures that reward those who invest in Italy, believe in the future of our country, and protect Italian startups. These startups represent the link between today’s investments and the country’s innovative development. Firstly, the rules on taxation of dividends received and gains from the sale of equity participations are reinstated, just as they functioned before the 2026 Budget Law. Forza Italia has fought to eliminate the penalties against entrepreneurs who invest in venture capital, and this decree-law confirms that we were right. Furthermore, as requested by a motion by Forza Italia MP Raffaele Nevi, the super-amortization regime is extended to all tangible assets produced anywhere. This means more incentives for those who purchase machinery and equipment, innovating and supporting the growth of Italian businesses. These innovations are the result of reasonableness and true tax simplification that Forza Italia pursues with determination and dedication. Il Tempo: Casasco: bene nomina Salini relatore su revisione CBAM e fondo decarbonizzazione

“Grande soddisfazione per la nomina di Massimiliano Salini a relatore, nella commissione Industria, ricerca ed energia (ITRE) del Parlamento europeo, sul parere relativo alla revisione del meccanismo di adeguamento del carbonio alle frontiere (CBAM) e sull'istituzione del fondo temporaneo per la decarbonizzazione. Si tratta della possibilità di incidere concretamente sulla necessità di declinare questo regolamento al fine di far sì che non sia un limite di competitività delle imprese. Forza Italia ha sollevato per prima in Parlamento, con una mia mozione del 27 febbraio 2024, il rischio che questo onere riduca la competitività dei prodotti europei e delle nostre industrie manifatturiere di trasformazione, perdendo quote di mercato nel sistema economico globale. La nostra posizione è quella di sospendere la CBAM, ed eventualmente estenderla ai prodotti finiti importati. Dopo l'iniziativa italiana con la proposta alla Commissione Europea sul tema ETS, quella della CBAM risulta altrettanto importante per la competitività dell'economia europea. Sono certo che con la sua conoscenza e la competenza sul tema, l'on. Salini saprà bene interpretare le soluzioni di intervento sul combinato disposto di CBAM/ETS, nell'interesse della produzione e della competitività europea”. We are delighted with the appointment of Massimiliano Salini as rapporteur, within the Industry, Research and Energy (ITRE) Committee of the European Parliament, on the opinion regarding the revision of the carbon adjustment mechanism at the borders (CBAM) and the establishment of the temporary fund for decarbonization. This is the opportunity to concretely influence the need to translate this regulation so that it does not be a competitiveness constraint for businesses. Forza Italia raised this issue for the first time in Parliament, with a motion I submitted on February 27, 2024, highlighting the risk that this burden could reduce the competitiveness of European products and our manufacturing industries, losing market share in the global economic system. Our position is to suspend the CBAM, and potentially extend it to imported finished products. Following the Italian initiative with the proposal to the European Commission on the ETS topic, that of CBAM is equally important for the competitiveness of the European economy.
